The goal is to create a solid foundation for tackling the symptoms of depression or anxiety and helping you regain control over your daily life.

Follow-up sessions are essential in maintaining and building upon the progress we make in the initial session. These sessions help you refine the coping mechanisms we develop, monitor any changes in your emotional state, and address new concerns that arise. Whether you’re dealing with ongoing anxiety or bouts of depression, these continued therapy sessions ensure you have the ongoing support necessary to manage your mental health and thrive.
